In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by luck99 before withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the luck99 platform.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on luck99. The luck99 platform operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your luck99 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific conditions are displayed within the platform's deposit section. luck99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges that are outside luck99's control.

System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay or live betting, luck99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player wallets. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. luck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in the following conduct, and to void any wagers or winnings associated with such activity:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using or attempting to use automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the luck99 platform as a mechanism to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or miscalculated odds arising from human error or system malfunction for financial gain.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward luck99 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck99 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any luck99 content without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of luck99's intellectual property — including scraping, copying, reverse engineering, or republishing platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.

• Loss of winnings or wagered funds resulting from system malfunctions, where stakes have been returned to the player's wallet.
• Decisions, actions, or omissions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or payment failures.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use, as all wagers carry inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luck99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. luck99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
